David is proud to be a fourth generation Texan.  He has lived and worked in the Fort Worth/Dallas area most of his life.  Working his way through both undergraduate and law school, David excelled academically graduating near the top of his law school class.  He is the first in his family to earn the advanced degree of Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.

David has practiced law in Fort Worth, Texas both individually and as a member of other leading Fort Worth law firms for over twenty-three years.  He devotes a majority of his legal practice to protecting the rights of Texans and their families injured by the negligent, careless and wrongful acts of companies and individuals. David has prosecuted hundreds of cases involving automobile, motorcycle, bus, truck and 18-wheeler, pedestrian and bicycle crashes, dog bites, slip and falls, wrongful death, medical and professional negligence, misfilled prescriptions, dangerous and defective premises or products, brain and spinal injuries, and uninsured motorist, insurance and first party insurance claims.  His varied legal experience also includes wills and probate matters.  In each case, David fights for his client’s cause and is ready to try the case when necessary.  Above all, he employs the highest ethics and thoughtful preparation to achieve a just result for his clients.

He is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Texas, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He has served as a member of the Unauthorized Practice of Law District 7 Subcommittee and is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and Tarrant County Bar Association. David is also a member of The College of the State Bar of Texas which is an honorary society of lawyers who are among the best trained attorneys in Texas and interested in both high ethical standards and improved training for all Texas attorneys.

David resides in northeast Tarrant County with his wife and two children.
